Background
This is with reference to Disclosure Notice Nos. DN00113-2022 dated October 14, 2022 and DN00021-2023 dated February 10, 2023 regarding the imposition of the suspension on the trading of the shares of Boulevard Holdings, Inc. (“BHI” or the “Company”) for its failure to submit its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2022 and Quarterly Reports (SEC Form 17-Q) for the period ended August 31, 2022, November 30, 2022 and February 28, 2023 (collectively, the “Structured Reports”). In connection with the above, please be advised that the Company has submitted the Structured Reports. Please refer to Company Report Nos. CR03713-2023 dated May 23, 2023 and CR03849-2023, CR03857-2023 and CR03867-2023 all dated May 29, 2023. Given the Company’s compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, the trading of BHI shares will resume at 10:30 a.m. today, May 30, 2023.
