Background/Description of the Disclosure
Ayala Corporation’s (“Ayala”) core net income in the first half of 2023 grew 55 percent to P20.5 billion, anchored by solid contributions from BPI, Ayala Land, and ACEN. Ayala’s strong earnings momentum pushed core earnings 38 percent ahead of pre-COVID levels.
Including one-off items, Ayala’s net income was up 13 percent to P18.4 billion.
