MREIT, Inc., the REIT company of the country’s largest office landlord Megaworld Corporation, improved its distributable income by 13% to P2.1-billion during the first nine months of 2023, while revenues grew by 15% to P3.1-billion. The final figures are reflected in the Interim Financial Statements for the period ending September 30, 2023 which shall accordingly be disclosed separately.
