Background/Description of the Disclosure
The Board of Directors of Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation (MVC), in its regular meeting held on 16 November 2023, considered/approved among others, the acceptance of the Specific and General Terms and Conditions in connection with MVC’s approved application with the Board of Investments (BOI) for registration as a Modernization Activity for the Domestic Production of Liquid Caustic Soda (NaOH), Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) and Liquid Chlorine (Cl2).
