The transfer in favor of Mr. Ismael Cuan was recorded in the books on 10 November 2023 while the transfers in favor of Monceau Philippine Holdings Inc. and Segovia Capital Holdings Phils., Inc. were recorded today, 21 November 2023. Please be advised that as of 21 November 2023, the acquisition of 10,851,138 common shares of STN tendered by stockholders during the Mandatory Tender Offer (MTO) conducted as a consequence of the private sale has not yet been recorded in the books of STN as the CARs therefor have not yet been issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
