In a Special Board Meeting held today, 16 January 2024, the Board of Directors of Alternergy Holdings Corporation ("ALTER") approved the listing, and filing of a listing application with the Philippine Stock Exchange, of the following issued and outstanding Perpetual Preferred Shares of ALTER: 1. Three Hundred Seventy Million Three Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Seven (370,398,637) Perpetual Preferred Shares 1; and 2. One Hundred Million (100,000,000) Perpetual Preferred Shares 2 - Series A
