Please be informed that the Board of Directors, in its regular meeting today, 29 February 2024 approved the appointment of: Mr. Sree Barani Sundaram as Senior Vice President – Head Technology Transformation Office, effective March 18, 2024. Barani brings over 20 years of professional experience, with expertise in Fintech, Delivery and Execution, and Technology Operations. Throughout his career, he has provided dynamic leadership to cross-functional teams encompassing Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital Products, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Risk and Compliance Regulations. He was previously Chief Technology Officer at Inpay Singapore where he played a pivotal role in the founding team that designed Asia's first next generation neo banking platform, delivering hyper-personalized experiences through Artificial Intelligence and Data. Beyond his technical prowess, Barani is recognized as a coach, mentor, and public speaker, contributing to the development of individual and fostering knowledge sharing within the industry. Barani completed his Bachelor of Science in Applied Electronics at the University of Madras, Chennai in July 2000.
