Alternergy Holdings Corporation (“ALTER”) wholly-owned subsidiary Alabat Wind Power Corporation (“AWPC”) has signed the Interconnection Agreement with the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (“NGCP”) for the Alabat Wind Power Project (the “Alabat Project”), located in Alabat, Quezon Province, paving the way for the evacuation of the renewable energy capacity from the Alabat Project through NGCP’s 69 kV Hondagua transmission line in Lopez, Quezon Province.
