In compliance with Section 17.14 of the Disclosure Rules of the Philippine Stock Exchange on the Annual Verification of the Bureau of Mines, we are submitting a copy of ATN Holdings, Inc.’s Certification from the DENR – Mines and Geosciences Bureau.
List of valid and subsisting mining properties
As disclosed last 29th February 2024, ATN Holdings, Inc. recently entered into a Mineral Production Sharing Agreements (MPSAs) with the Philippine Government for commercial production of aggregate materials in the Municipality of Rodriguez (Montalban), Province of Rizal, particularly MPSA No 354-2024-IVA, approved on 22 January 2024, covering an area of 82.7092 hectares. Under the MPSA Section III “Term of Agreement” Item 3.1 states: “This Agreement shall have a term of twenty-five (25) years from Effective Date and may be renewed thereafter for another term not exceeding twenty five (25) years. The total term of the Special Mines Permit issued to the Contractor on January 04, 2023, including its renewals if any, shall be deducted from the term of this Agreement. The renewal of this Agreement, as well as the changes in the terms and conditions thereof, shall be upon mutual consent by the parties…”
