Reason for requesting extension to submit Annual Report

The Company will not be able to file its 2023 Annual Report (SEC Form 17A) including attachments – 2023 Audited Financial Statement (CAFS and PAFS) and Sustainability Report on its deadline of April 15, 2024 because we need additional time to finalize related several related information and details required and to secure the necessary approvals and signature. The Company undertakes to submit the report fifteenth (15) calendar day after the prescribed deadline or upon submission of the report to the Securities and Exchange Commission, whichever comes first. The Company understands that failure to comply with the undertaking may result to the imposition of applicable penalty/ies.
