(the "Company") held today, 03 May 2024, the Board approved the holding of the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of the Company on June 24, 2024, and setting May 20, 2024, as record date of the said meeting. For the convenience of the Company’s stockholders, the meeting will be held via remote communication, with livestreaming accessible to registered participants.
