Magbanua, INDIRECTLY through Penhurst Kinetic Corporation where Mr. Magbanua has 51% interest, as broken down below. **Please note that the TOTAL shares acquired by Penhurst Kinetic Corporation set forth below is multiplied by Mr. Magbanua's interest in Penhurst Kinetic Corporation (51%) to arrive at his total INDIRECT shares after these transactions. This disclosure is AMENDED to correct the total number of shares INDIRECTLY held by Mr. Magbanua to account for the total of the share acquisitions made on April 12, 15 and 18, 2024 and duly correspond with the filed SEC Form 23-B for the month ending on April 30, 2024.
