Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be advised that today, May 13, 2024, CSWater Lapu-Lapu, Inc. (CSWLL), wholly owned subsidiary of Summa Water Resources, Inc. (60% owned by MacroAsia Corporation through its subsidiary, Allied Water Services, Inc.), received the Notice to Proceed for the Seawater Desalination Plant Project at Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu from the Local Government of Lapu-Lapu City. This bulk water supply project has a capacity of 60MLD. The initial phase involves constructing and operating a 30MLD seawater desalination plant in Punta Engaño, with a subsequent expansion in Phase 2 to add another 30MLD capacity for other areas in Lapu-Lapu City.
