This is with reference to PSE EDGE Disclosure Notice No. DN00047-2024 dated May 13, 2024 (“PSE Notice”). As previously announced, pursuant to Article VII, Section 17.2 in relation to Section 17.8 of the Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules, as amended (the “Rules”), should the listed companies cited in the PSE Notice fail to comply with the Exchange’s structured reportorial requirements before May 16, 2024, a trading suspension will be imposed on their respective shares starting tomorrow, May 17, 2024.
In this connection, please be advised that the following listed companies have submitted their Annual Reports, using SEC Form 17-A, for the year ended December 31, 2023 (“2023 Annual Report”):
1. Century Peak Holdings Corporation (“CPM”)
2. Ever-Gotesco Resources and Holdings, Inc. ("EVER")
3. Golden MV Holdings, Inc. ("HVN")
Given the compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, the trading of their respective shares will not be suspended on May 17, 2024.
Moreover, as of the posting of this notice, the following listed companies have not yet submitted their 2023 Annual Reports:
1. AgriNurture, Inc. ("ANI")
2. Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp. ("C")
3. Philippine Infradev Holdings, Inc. (“INFRA”)
4. Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. (“PNX”)
Pursuant to the Rules and as previously announced, continued non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements by the above-cited listed companies will merit the imposition of a trading suspension on their respective shares at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, May 17, 2024.
The Exchange shall inform the Trading Participants and the investing public of further developments on the matter.
