Domingo as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company and elected Frances Rosalie T. Coloma as the new Chief Operating Officer In the same meeting, the Board accepted the resignation of Joselito A. Rivamonte as the Chief Audit Executive of the Company and elected Vanessa L. Bauzon-Crisol as the new Chief Audit Executive of the Company.
