Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be advised that the Corporation received today, 29 May 2024, notice from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) informing the Corporation that the PCSO Special Bids and Awards Committee “has declared [the Corporation’s] bid as the Single Calculated Bid for the Procurement of 5 Years Lease for Web-based Application Betting Platform [or E-Lotto]”. As the Single Calculated Bid, the bid submitted by the Corporation will be subjected to post-qualification review by the PCSO-SBAC. Should there be no issues raised during post-qualification, it is expected that the PCSO-SBAC will be issuing its Notice of Award.

The Corporation will advise the Exchange and the public accordingly as the review process of the PCSO progresses.
