PCSO NOTICE OF AWARD (Re: Procurement of 5 Years Lease for Web-Based Application Betting Platform under SBAC Procurement No. 2024-01 PR No. 04-30-240221 [the “Project”])
Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be advised that Pacific Online (the ‘Corporation’) received today, 19 June 2024, notice from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) informing the Corporation that the PCSO Board of Directors has approved the recommendation of the Special Bids and Awards Committee declaring the Corporation as the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid for the abovementioned Project, with award being made in favor of Pacific Online for the total contract price of Four Billion Eighty-Eight Million Pesos (Php 4,088,000,000.00). With the issuance of the Notice of Award, the Corporation will now be complying with the post-Notice of Award requirements of the PCSO; thereafter, the contract between the Corporation and PCSO covering the terms and conditions of the Project will be executed.
