In the June 28, 2024 Special Meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of GT Capital Holdings, Inc. ("GT Capital" or the "Corporation"), the Board accepted the retirement of Francisco H. Suarez, Jr. as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of GT Capital. In the same meeting, the Board also appointed Mr. George S. Uy-Tioco, Jr. as the new CFO of the Corporation.
