Background/Description of the Disclosure
On 11 July 2024 Triple Eight Holdings, Inc. purchased ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (100,000) RFM Common Shares. Note: The indirect shares of Mr. Jose Ma. A. Concepcion III as of June 24, 2024 totaling 783,831, 696 include 60,000 shares registered under his name as Natural Guardian of his daughter, Ms. Maria Victoria Catherine O. Concepcion-Puno. When Ms. Concepcion-Puno was elected as a director of the Company during its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on June 26, 2024, the said 60,000 shares were reported in her name as her direct shares. To avoid double-entry, the 60,000 shares have been deducted from the indirect shares of Mr. Concepcion, as of this report date.
