The amendment of the Secondary Purposes of the Corporation is to streamline the secondary purposes of the Corporation, the amendment of the Principal Address is to update the provision to the Corporation's current address, while the amendment of the term of the Corporation is to harmonize this with the perpetual existence granted by the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines.
