Background
This is with reference to Disclosure Notice Nos. DN00052-2024 dated May 17, 2024 and DN00064-2024 dated May 27, 2024 regarding the imposition of the suspension on the trading of Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp.’s (“C” or the “Company”) shares for its failure to submit its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the year ended December 31, 2023 and Quarterly Report (SEC Form 17-Q) for the period ended March 31, 2024. In connection with the above, please be advised that the Company has complied with Section 17.8 (a) and 17.8 (b), Article VII of the Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules, as amended (the “Rules”) of the Exchange. Given the Company’s compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, the trading of C shares will resume at 10:30 a.m. today, August 8, 2024.
