Clarification of News Report
We wish to clarify that Converge has yet to receive a copy of the complaint or summons on the case relating to the alleged tax discount given by the city government of Pasig to the Company. We are unaware of the alleged tax discount supposedly given to us by the Pasig City government, as reported in the media. We wish to state that Converge has always been a good corporate citizen and strives to be a model of corporate governance, central to which is ensuring that we faithfully pay our rightful tax obligations and other payments due to the government. If there are any updates on this matter, we shall comply with disclosure requirements.
