Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed of the promotion of Oliver Angelo C. Sicam from Group Marketing Director to Shakey’s General Manager effective September 2, 2024. Mr. Sicam brings a wealth of expertise in Business Strategy, Market Development, Brands and Communications, and Emerging Market Strategy. He has held pivotal roles within the SPAVI Group, including Group Marketing Director, as well as leadership positions outside the organization before joining SPAVI, such as Managing Director for Generation Hope, wherein he oversees the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounting and HR functions. He was also the Marketing Strategy Director for Plastic Credit Exchange, the 1st Global Non-profit Plastic Offset Program. Early in his career, he held various leadership roles in several industry leaders such as Unilever in the Philippines, UK, and Brazil, and multiple brands for Jollibee Foods Corporation.
