In compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Exchange, our Company hereby informs the PSE that the Board of Directors of House of Investments, Inc. has declared a cash dividend of Php0.05 per common share during the August 9, 2024 BOD Meeting. The record date is August 27, 2024 and payment date is September 6, 2024 This is to amend the previous disclosure to move the Ex-Dividend Date considering that the holiday was moved from August 21, 2024 to August 23, 2024.
