Pursuant to the 100% stock dividend declaration of the Philippine Seven Corporation’s (the “Corporation”) Board of Directors on July 18, 2024, which was approved by the Corporation’s Stockholders representing at least 2/3 of the outstanding capital stock of the Corporation in a separate meeting on July 18, 2024, the stock dividends were distributed to qualified stockholders on August 15, 2024 (the payment date).
