Please be informed that the Bank received today a notice from certain stockholders of the Bank that they have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with CS Capital Investment Pte. Ltd., a company duly organized under the laws of Singapore and a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSC Holdings Limited (CSC), a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, for the sale of shares equivalent to 26.80% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of the Bank.
