Background
This is with reference to Disclosure Notice Nos. DN00053-2024 and DN00055-2024 both dated May 17, 2024 regarding the imposition of the suspension on the trading of Philippine Infradev Holdings, Inc.’s (“INFRA” or the “Company”) shares for its failure to submit its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 and its Quarterly Report (SEC Form 17-Q) for the period ended March 31, 2024. Please be advised that the Company has complied with Sections 17.8 (a) and 17.8 (b), Article VII of the Consolidated Listing and Disclosure Rules, as amended, of the Exchange. In view of the foregoing, the trading of INFRA shares will resume at 10:30 a.m. today, September 4, 2024. For your information and guidance.
