This is in connection with Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc.’s (“VLL” or the “Company”) Follow-on Public Offering of Series 2 Preferred Shares (the “Offer”) of up to 50,000,000 Preferred Shares (the “Offer Shares”) at an Offer Price of Php100.00 per Offer Share, to be offered in two subseries: Series 2A (“VLL2A”) and Series 2B (“VLL2B”). In a letter dated September 6, 2024, the Company advised the Exchange that the Initial Dividend Rates for VLL2A and VLL2B are 7.9892% and 8.4000%, respectively.
