Please be informed that Ms. Cherubim O. Mojica has tendered her resignation as Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications and Investor Relations and Chief Diversity Officer, effective September 15, 2024. We extend our gratitude to Ms. Mojica for her dedicated service and significant contributions to the organization as she pursues other opportunities outside of the company. Moreover, our management approved the promotion of Ms. Hannah Cecille L. Chan as the company’s Assistant Vice President and Investor Relations Head, effective September 16, 2024. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Chan served as the company’s Investor Relations Officer for four years and has over a decade of business development and financial analysis experience across various industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Commerce with a major in Management of Financial Institutions (Honorable Mention) from De La Salle University-Manila.
