The Board of Directors of Jollibee Foods Corporation approved on September 13, 2024, the declaration of a regular cash dividend of Php10.60125 per share for Series B preferred shares, for a total payout of Php95,411,250.00. The regular cash dividend will be given to JFC stockholders of record as of September 30, 2024 (ex-dividend date of September 27, 2024). Payment date is on October 15, 2024.
