In the exercise of the Exchange's powers as a self-regulatory organization and pursuant to its mandate to, among others, ensure the conduct of orderly trading in the market, the Exchange approves the request of Jollibee Foods Corporation ("JFC") for the voluntary trading suspension of its Series A Preferred Shares ("JFCPA"), effective at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024. This suspension is necessary to accurately determine the holders of the Series A Preferred Shares as of 30 September 2024, the record date previously disclosed.
