Please be informed of the appointment of Kiran Yadav Amin as the Chief Technology Officer of Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. effective September 2, 2024. Mr. Amin has over three decades of experience in the IT industry, Kiran brings unparalleled expertise in digital transformation, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management. His leadership roles, most recently as Head of IT at Newtrends, International Corp., have seen him spearhead innovative technology initiatives across manufacturing, retail, and luxury goods sectors. Mr. Amin's deep technical knowledge, certified by Microsoft, and his proven track record in leading large-scale projects make him the ideal leader to drive SPAVI's technology strategy forward. As we continue to innovate and expand, Mr. Amin's vision and expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our operational efficiency and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our guests. Mr. Amin completed his MBA in Operations from ITM Kbargar, India and graduated from Allahabad University, India with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Physics.
