This is in connection with Arthaland Corporation’s (“ALCO” or the “Company”) Follow-on Public Offering (“FOO” or the “Offer”) of up to 6,000,000 Series F Preferred Shares (“ALCPF” or the “Offer Shares”) at an Offer Price of Php500.00 per Offer Share.
In a letter received by the Exchange on October 23, 2024, the Company advised the Exchange that the final number of Offer Shares is 4,000,000 Series F Preferred Shares, with an oversubscription option of up to 2,000,000 Series F Preferred Shares. The Company further notified the Exchange that the final initial dividend rate for the Offer Shares is 7.3260% per annum.
