Results of Tender Offer
Following the close of the Tender Offer Period on 11 October 2024, a total of Eight Thousand (8,000) common shares of MED were tendered pursuant to the Tender Offer, accepted, and thereafter purchased by the Bidder via a block sale through the facilities of the PSE on 21 October 2024. The shares were purchased at the Tender Offer Price of Four Centavos (Php 0.04) per share with a total transaction value of Three Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 320.00). The tendered shares were fully paid and settled on 23 October 2024. Attached as Exhibit I of this Final Tender Offer Report is a certification by the Tender Offer Agent as to the tender offer period, the total number of shares tendered and crossed on 21 October 2024, the total cross price, and the full payment and settlement of the cross price on 23 October 2024. Following the completion of the Tender Offer, the Bidder owns, directly and indirectly, 2,201,429,241 common shares of MED or 69.68% of the issued and outstanding common shares of MED.

Results of Tender Offer
