The Company hereby discloses that in today's special Board Meeting, October 29, 2024, Benguet Corporation's Board of Directors has approved the declaration of cash dividend equivalent to Php0.28 per share of the Company's Convertible Preferred Class "A" stocks to stockholders of record as of November 14, 2024 with payment date set on December 10, 2024. The cash dividend will be paid from the Unrestricted Retained Earnings as of December 31, 2023.
