Please be advised that our Board of Directors at its regular hyflex meeting held today, 29 October 2024 at 3:30 p.m. in which a quorum was present throughout, unanimously approved the declaration of cash dividend in the amount of Php0.06 per share from the unrestricted retained earnings of the Corporation as of 31 December 2023, to all stockholders of record as of 15 November 2024 and which shall be paid on 02 December 2024.
