The Company wishes to inform the public that in relation to the proposed follow-on-offering (Offer) of DITO CME Holdings Corp. (DITO) for up to 1,953,500,000 common shares, the final Offer Price has been fixed at ₱1.05 per share (the Offer Price). The Company will reflect the Offer Price in the Offer related documents to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission and Philippine Stock Exchange.
