Synetcom has sold its 4,500,000 ECP Shares to TDGI via Cross Sale Transaction based on the prevailing market price of PHP 2.69 per share or aggregate of PHP 12,105,000 today, 2024 December 23. The sale will not affect the public float of ECP or its controlling shareholder which is currently TDG Ventures Inc.
