Background/Description of the Disclosure
Share buy-back on January 21, 2025. The Board of Directors of RLC approved the share buy-back program of Php3.0 billion on November 4, 2021. On November 8, 2022, the Board agreed to extend the share buy-back program for an additional amount of Php3.0 billion. On March 20, 2023, the Board agreed to further extend the share buy-back program for an additional amount of Php3.0 billion, bringing RLCs total buy-back program to Php9.0 billion.
