Wind Power Project Milestone Update: Completion of the Mabini Wind Power Project Wind Resource Assessment (WRA)
Background/Description of the Disclosure

RDG Wind Energy Corporation (formerly Mabini Energy Corporation), a subsidiary of Basic Energy Corporation, has successfully completed the wind resource assessment on its Mabini Wind Energy Project (the “Project”). This milestone follows the completion of the wind data collection in May 2024.

In addition, RDG Wind Energy Corporation has obtained approval for its System Impact Study (SIS) from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, allowing the Project to proceed with plans for grid interconnection and power delivery.
