This is with reference to First Metro Philippine Equity Exchange Traded Fund, Inc.’s (“FMETF” or the “Company”) disclosure under Company Announcement No. No. C00645-2025 dated February 4, 2025.
In the said disclosure, the Company reported that the iNav displayed on February 4, 2025 as of 9:30 a.m. is not calculating.
Pursuant to Part B Section 7 (b)(iv) of the PSE Rules on Exchange Traded Funds, the Exchange implemented a trading halt on FMETF shares at 10:13 AM today, February 4, 2025.
In connection with the above, FMETF submitted to the Exchange its disclosure under Company Announcement No. C00647-2025 dated February 4, 2025, which stated that:
“iNav displayed on February 04, 2025 as of 09:30 am is not calculating. iNav still fixing and coordinating with service provider. As of 10:28 am. today, February 04, 2025, this has been rectified and the INAV display is now correct.”
Given the foregoing, the halt on the trading of FMETF shares will be lifted at 10:48 a.m. today, February 4, 2025.
