On February 11, 2025, the Board of Directors of Xurpas Inc. (the "Company") approved the appointment of Mr. Jonathan Jack R. Madrid as an Independent Director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Madrid has over 25 years of experience in strategy, digital innovation, and business transformation. He has held senior leadership roles at Citibank, Ayala Corporation, Dell, Yahoo!, and MTV Asia, among others. As President and CEO of IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), Mr. Madrid drives innovation and economic growth in the IT-BPM sector. Under his leadership, IBPAP launched the Philippine IT-BPM Industry Roadmap 2028.
