Today, March 7, 2025, we were informed by Premiumlands Corp. (PLC) and Industrial Holdings and Development Corporation (IHDC) that the tender offer report will not be available today as previously anticipated since the fairness opinion report has not been finalized. We will be apprised as soon as the fairness opinion report is finalized including the revised timeline of the of the completion of the tender offer report and the conduct of the tender offer, and we will disclose accordingly.
