Please see attached SEC Form 18-A of Dunross & Co S.A. SICAV - SIF. Items 2 and 4 of the SEC Form 18-A previously filed was amended to reflect the (i) name of the owner of the common shares in Filinvest Land, Inc., which is Dunross & Co S.A. SICAV - SIF* (“Dunross”); and (ii) updated number of FLI common shares owned by Dunross, which 1,617,900,000 common shares. * Dunross & Co S.A. SICAV - SIF only has one shareholder, which is Dunross Group’s parent company. The SEC Form 18-A filed in May 2018 was submitted by the Dunross & Co Holding Ltd (Cyprus), which is the Dunross Group’s parent company.
