Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed that Mr. Raouf A. Kizilbash has tendered his resignation as director of the Corporation, effective 3 April 2025, due to personal reasons. He will be replaced by Mr. Chun Lam Chan who shall serve the unexpired portion of Mr. Kizilbash's term. Meanwhile, Ms. Cherylyn C. Uy has also tendered her resignation as Treasurer of the Corporation, effective 3 April 2025, due to personal reasons. She will be replaced by Mr. Kim Jay T. Villamar who shall serve the unexpired portion of Ms. Uy's term as Treasurer. Ms. Uy remains a director of the Corporation.
