Certifications of Good Standing issued by the Department of Energy in respect of ALTER's SOLAR projects for 2025
Description of the Disclosure

The Department of Energy ("DOE") has issued Certifications of Good Standing dated March 24 and 27, and April 04, 2025 in respect of the following SOLAR power projects being developed by special purpose vehicle ("SPV") corporations under the umbrella of Alternergy Holdings Corporation ("ALTER"):
List of valid and subsisting service contracts

1. KIRAHON SOLAR ENERGY CORPORATION ("KSEC") for the Kirahon Solar Power Project;
2. SOLANA SOLAR ALPHA INC. ("SSAI") for the Hermosa Solar Power Project; and
3. SOLAR PACIFIC CITYSUN CORPORATION ("SPCC") for the Kabankalan, Tagum, Victorias, Dumaguete, Boracay, Kalibo, CityMall Dau, and CityMall Mandalagan Solar Power Projects.
Other Relevant Information

Please note that DOE held in abeyance the issuance of Certificates of Good Standing for:
1. Liberty Solar Energy Corporation ("LSEC") for the Tarlac Solar Power Project as we are still working with DOE Financial Services and Solar Division for the Tarlac Solar Power Project's financial obligation clearance.

This disclosure is being AMENDED to submit the Certificate of Good Standing issued to SPCC for its Solar Power Projects dated April 04, 2025 and received by ALTER today, April 07, 2025.

Certifications of Good Standing in respect of ALTER's WIND and HYDRO projects being developed by their respective SPVs are embodied in separate PSE Form 17-15 filings.
