Reason for requesting extension to submit Annual Report

SEC Form 17-A could not be filed within the prescribed period set because the Company has yet to complete the review of its financial statements and it does not expect to complete such review by April 15, 2025. Furthermore, since the non-financial portions of the Annual Report will be derived from the contents of the financial statements, the Company is constrained to defer the filing of its entire SEC Form 17-A to a later date within the fifteen-day extension allowed by the SRC Rules.
