Reason for requesting extension to submit Annual Report

The Issuer would like to request for extension to file its Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for fiscal year ending 31 December 2024. The Issuer’s external auditor, Punongbayan and Araullo, is still in the process of reviewing, consolidating, and finalizing key information and figures required for the completion of the Annual Report. Thus, the Issuer will not be able to file the Annual Report on the prescribed deadline of 15 April 2025. The Issuer undertakes to submit the Annual Report on or before 30 April 2025, which is fifteen (15) calendar days after the prescribed deadline.
