Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc. (the "Corporation") is requesting for an extension of time to file its Annual Report (Sec Form 17-A) for the fiscal period ended December 31, 2024. The Corporation will not be able to file the abovementioned report on the deadline because the Corporation needs additional time in preparing the consolidated financial statement of the Company and its subsidiaries.
