Background/Description of the Disclosure
On 22 April 2025, and pursuant to the regular cash dividend declaration of Megawide Construction Corporation (the “Company”) for its Series 2B Preferred Shares (MWP2B) with a payment date of 27 May of each year, the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) has set 12 May 2025 as the record date and 27 May as the payment date. The cash dividend is equal to PhP 1.4375 per share, or a total of PhP 25,020,953.00 out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as of 31 December 2023. As provided in page 23 of the Prospectus for the Series 2B Preferred Shares (MWP2B) of the Company dated 16 November 2020, cash dividends shall be payable on 27 February, 27 May, 27 August and 27 November of each year.
